FUSION™ FLOW DRILL

Stop overthinking. Start flowing.
The Fusion Flow Drill is designed to connect the dots between movement, vision, and decision making. It blends multiple shot strings into one continuous, controlled sequence. This is about staying mentally present and visually locked in from start to finish. No hesitations. No second guessing.
Why this drill matters:
Most shooters train in fragments. The Fusion Flow Drill brings everything together into one cohesive rep. It demands control during fast strings, discipline on transitions, and precision on the final shot. You do not stop to think. You stay in motion and execute.
It also reveals performance breakdowns:
Losing track of sight alignment during extended strings
Overdriving transitions or snapping too hard between zones
Mentally pausing instead of flowing from task to task
If you want to build real-world performance that carries from drill to drill, this is your bridge.
Set it up:
Distance: 5 to 7 yards
Target: Fusion Target full layout using body A-zone, head box, and two 2-inch dots
Rounds: 10
Reps: 3
Start Position: Holster
How to run the drill:
a. From the holster, fire 4 rounds into the body A-zone at your fastest clean pace
b. Transition and fire 2 controlled rounds into the head box
c. Move directly to two designated 2-inch dots and fire 2 rounds into each, prioritizing visual discipline
d. Run the entire sequence without pausing or resetting between strings

What you are actually training:
Sustained focus over multiple strings: You are building the ability to maintain visual control and accuracy across changing target zones without breaking rhythm.
Throttle control through transitions: This drill teaches you how to adjust your pace based on the precision required in each segment.
Movement without mental resets: You are training your mind to stay in the moment instead of treating each section like a separate drill.
High accountability on dot precision: The final shots demand patience and sight discipline after fatigue and speed have built up.
Integration of skills under continuous demand: This drill brings recoil control, visual processing, and target transitions together in one fluid run.
Drill Tips
Each segment has its own pace. Let your vision and shot requirement guide your speed, not the clock.
The Fusion Flow Drill is part of Week 12 in the Fusion Targets 12 Week Pistol Program. It ties together the core skills you have been developing and tests your ability to stay mentally and visually engaged through a complete shooting sequence.
If you are ready to train in a way that actually builds carryover, the full program is waiting.
